The December Monthly Meeting

Last night the Oshawa Secular Franciscan fraternity gathered for our monthly general meeting. The normal format was put aside. We had evening prayer followed by a special service of Seven Lessons (Readings) and Carols for Advent. After, we had a social and party with a carol sing. A number of the fraternity attended a mass at St. Gregory the Great Church after the meeting. A good time was had by all. Next month we return to the normal format of the meeting which will involve a fraternal visitation from the Regional Council.
